Can I use PaddleBoat with Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc?
PaddleBoat is compatible with laptop and mobile devices on all commonly used browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
Who are primary account owners and super admins? What can they do?
The primary account is the workspace owner. This account has additional capabilities like the ability to replace the organization's database, receive billing information and serve as a point of contact for accounts without contact information (phone number/email ID). All correspondence with PaddleBoat will be through the primary account owner.
Primary owners can assign secondary workspace owners — Super Admins. Super admins have the same permissions as the primary account, except that these accounts can be deleted through the PaddleBoat platform. If you wish to modify the primary workspace owner, please contact the PaddleBoat Support Team (support@padboat.com).

Some of my employees do not have contact details like a work email or phone number. What can I do?
You can register these employees seamlessly on the platform. All correspondence such as OTPs will be through the respective super admin accounts.

I didn't receive an OTP during signup
If you have a registered work email with your organization, check your inbox and spam. If you haven't received an email from PaddleBoat, please contact your system admin to ensure that the registered work email is correct.
If you do not have a registered work email, but you do have a registered phone number, you should receive an OTP on your phone. If you haven't, please contact your system admin to ensure that the registered work number is correct.
